1. Acceptance of Terms

★ By accessing any of my content — including on this website, social media accounts, or any other affiliated platform—you agree to these Terms of Service.

★ Please keep in mind that these Terms of Service may change at any time.

2. Payment

★ Paypal payments only. Contact me if you wish to pay in PLN.

★ Initial 50% of the payment is sent after the sketch is confirmed, the other 50% after the piece is finished. The price may change depending on the difficulty of the commission.

★ You cannot ask for a refund after the approval of a sketch, unless there were no updates in at least two months without any provided reason.

★ Do not revert the transfer without contacting me first, or you will be blacklisted. If for any reason I am not able to complete the commission, I can partially refund it, depending on how much of the art was finished.

3. Commission Process & Turnaround Time

★ Please stay in contact for the duration of commissioning and making of the artwork. In case of no response, I will stop working on the piece until I am contacted again.

★ I will try to finish the commission within two months after receiving the payment. A more concrete turnaround time will be agreed upon individualy. It usually ends up being a shorter period.

★ If you need a fast, specific deadline the price of the commission may change.

★ Changes to the art will only be made during the sketch phase. I will not make any adjustments to the final artwork unless there is an obvious mistake or I am paid extra.

★ Please fill out my commission form if you can as it helps immensly. Including a drawing (such as a reference sheet or other) of a character would be ideal, but I can work with text descriptions as well. More discussion will be needed to ensure the best result in such a case. Don’t be afraid to share your ideas with me!

4. Ownership & Copyright

★ All artworks, comics, illustrations, designs, and written content posted on my website or social media accounts are the intellectual property of the artist (SelenCallisto) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

★ Do not repost, edit, trace, or redistribute any content without express permission.

★ Use of my content for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related projects etc. is strictly prohibited.

5. Usage Permissions

★ Personal use (e.g., wallpapers, icons) is allowed with credit.

★ Commercial use of any content is not permitted unless explicitly licensed.

★ Credit is required whenever the commissioned image is posted online by someone other than the artist.

★ The artwork may be posted on my social media and included in my portfolio. If you don’t want the image to be posted, please let me know.

6. Linking & Embedding

★ You are free to link to my website or social profiles. Embedding artwork in blogs or content is only permitted if it includes proper attribution and links directly to the original post.

7. Changes to Content

★ I reserve the right to modify, remove, or update any content (including comics, illustrations, or posts) at any time without prior notice.
